The initial phone interview was pretty much informational in which I used my lunch break to complete the interview and was invited to do a face to face. The F2F interview was average and I thought I did well and asked really good questions. They were supposed to be starting a training class the following Monday and I waited around and didn’t hear anything. What bothered me was that I did not hear anything back and my application status was just stuck in limbo. I called HR and she was even baffled saying they have not chosen anyone yet and it appears they are still hiring for the position. She said she would reach out to them and see what was going on. I had to follow up with her a few days later to find out what happened and of course she didn’t return my voicemail. Approximately 8 month’s later I received an email saying they canceled the position. That’s completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional.
I applied online. I interviewed at Elevance Health
Interview
Interview was 30 minutes, but ended up going over my time due to talking to the manager and trying to understand the environment I was getting into. You can tell that questions that were asked using the STAR method.
Initial interview was a pre-screening process where you were given questions and had to record your response. You had no time limit, but three attempts for each questions. I have an upcoming second interview that is an hour long.
