Interview
The interview process was quite smooth. The interviewers gave a detailed description of the job initially and then proceeded with the interview. This helped me relate my experience to the job description in a better way because now I knew what they were looking for and I could show the interviewer that I was the perfect fit.
3 rounds of interview, One HR, Hiring Manager and team interview. Each interview was for 45-1 hour each and went more than 1 hour. includes behavioural and technical questions. they ask about previous experience the most, asking questions from resume.
Initial Screening followed by 30-60mins interview. Whole process takes up to 4-6weeks. Overall interview process was not overwhelming, if you have solid healthcare knowledge you can crack it, depending on the requirement.
It was great. The interview was very friendly. After getting the job the team was very helpful. The whorl was great the team helped each other out in every situation to understand the issue and take it forward.
