I was scheduled for an interview only to receive an email of the canceled invite shortly before the scheduled date. This had no follow up email as to the reasoning. Once I reached out, I was told my desired salary was out of their range. It would be professional to tell a candidate what the offering salary is before asking. The HR department just seems too casual and sketchy. I was expecting a more professional structure since Anthem is such a large company.
