The company seems decent but they claim they pay a competitive salary. I was shocked to learn they only pay $16-18 let hour. I've worked the same position at other companies that I made $30 or more per hour. The interviewer seemed shocked that I would even expect that much (I live in the San Francisco bay area).
They should remove the "competitive salary" when they list their perks, because it's not true.

The first interview was a recorded Q&A. You had 3 tries to get the recorded response you wanted. The second interview was a 30 minute interview on Microsoft Teams. The manager was polite, personable, and the interview was casual.

Interview was good , they asks lots of questions just answer them with confidence I say . Questions can get a little tricky in the interview but you can do it
