Applied for several analyst positions online. Ended up having 4 phone interviews and 2 video conference interviews for 3 different positions. One of the positions I had an initial phone interview with the director and the person who would have been my colleague, and then proceeded to have a video conference interview with the same director and one of his coworkers. Then the big Anthem hack happened and everything seemed to go on hold. HR kept me posted and told me 3 times I was being considered for the position. I ended up taking another job in my current company and noticed a couple weeks later the position was closed out online but I never heard back from anyone.

Describe in detail how you would automate a report / write the queries in Access.
3 rounds of interview, One HR, Hiring Manager and team interview. Each interview was for 45-1 hour each and went more than 1 hour. includes behavioural and technical questions. they ask about previous experience the most, asking questions from resume.
Initial Screening followed by 30-60mins interview. Whole process takes up to 4-6weeks. Overall interview process was not overwhelming, if you have solid healthcare knowledge you can crack it, depending on the requirement.
It was great. The interview was very friendly. After getting the job the team was very helpful. The whorl was great the team helped each other out in every situation to understand the issue and take it forward.
