It takes me almost three weeks for the whole interview process , a long test, 1st round interview and 2 nd round interview. They didn't have a comprehensive CV background check as my working experience should not be matched with their requirement, but they still ask me to come for 2nd round interview. It turns out a mismatch of expectation and waste of time. Last but not least, it is impolite as no respond is given at least replying a positive or negative feedback sent by candidate.
