I applied online. I interviewed at Elevate K-12 in Oct 2020
Interview
I had a screening interview with a recruiter. It went well, and I was move on to an interview with a project manager. She showed interest, and asked me to do a writing task that took approximately five hours to complete. She thanked me for the submission via email and then vanished. I was completely ghosted! What a waste of my time, and so disrespectful! (The interview was a simple process, but the writing task was very time consuming if they are not serious about the applicant. Every applicant who submits a writing project deserves some follow-up and/or feedback.)

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Elevate K-12 (New York, NY) in Aug 2022
Interview
Very friendly interviewers. I spoke with my subject matter lead and curriculum head. They asked relevant questions, allowed me to answer fully, and have been responsive. There was no intimidation. Despite not being the most experienced in the technology realm, I still felt encouraged and respected.
Had three interviews that were wildly unaligned and despite being offered a position in one of them, never heard back (note- I reached out to no avail). Clearly the company was expanding too fast to handle growth.
