The process was exceptionally fast, which I really appreciated. The team moved with a velocity that showcased their efficiency without sacrificing the quality of the interactions. The interviews were very well-structured. They truly focused on testing my business acumen and technical understanding, which showed they were looking for a candidate who was not only a sales professional but also deeply understood their product and the AI space. Every single person I spoke with was a true legend in their field. Their passion and expertise were contagious and made me even more excited about the prospect of joining the team. A major highlight was the final interview with Mati, the CEO. It speaks volumes that he takes the time to personally interview every Account Executive candidate. It gave me a great sense of the company's culture and his commitment to building a high-caliber team. The entire process left me with a strong feeling that ElevenLabs is a place where you can be surrounded by brilliant, enthusiastic, and highly motivated people. I was thrilled to accept the offer.

Heads up! They say remote first but they're heavily prioritizing hiring sales roles based in SF and NY hubs. The first question I was asked was about my location (neither hub) and the interviewer was clearly disinteresed and seemed annoyed. They tried ending the interview after 15 mins. It's a great company/product, but just something to consider so you dont waste your time or the company's time if you're not in SF/NY or willing to relocate right now.
