I had three meetings as part of the process — first with the recruiter, then with the GTM manager, and finally a case study presentation. I invested a lot of time preparing the use case, learning the platform, and tailoring the demo. However, during the final meeting, it became clear that the GTM team hadn’t even reviewed my presentation or taken the time to look at my profile.
It’s a bit of a red flag to be asked to do a live demo of their product — which requires significant preparation — only for the team not to have any idea what you are going to present.
Not to mention that one person didn't even show up, because he was busy.

Show me how you would do this / build this. It was very practical.
Some interactions were positive, but others felt cold, disorganised, and at times arrogant. Overall, limited regard for candidate experience, with an unnecessarily lengthy and demanding challenge and no buffer time provided.
