Pretty standard process though probably one of the worst candidate experiences I’ve ever had. Did a recruiter screening round and was told I’d be sent a coding task immediately - had to follow up after not receiving it over the next days. Did the coding task and was told I did great and to provide availability for the next days. I provided my availability but never received any information about next steps. Followed up but no response from the TA team. It’s a shame because it seems like a great company with a cool product. As far as the process goes, I know I’ve done really well and yet they can’t fulfil bare minimum standards and etiquette around communication on hiring.
