I applied to Eli Lilly trough their career board website. After application is submitted, the process of review can take up to 4 months; however, sometimes may only take a few weeks. If you pass, the next step is to take a writing sample sample and a telephone interview. Typically, you have 1-2 weeks to complete both tasks. If accepted, you next task will be to schedule a face-to-face interview.

Interview process was quick and easy-going. I think it all depends on the role you are applying for. Interviewers were incredibly friendly and professional. The interviews were both online and took about 20-30 minutes each.

Interview
The process can be long depending on the job and the urgency to fill the position. They definitely do a good job of making sure they hire the right person and keep it competitive. As contractor I will say networking and building good solid relationships helps a lot.
