My possible supervisor conducted the interviewed. It was a regular fit interview. We walked through my CV, paying a lot of attention on the reasons for every decision I got. We also talked about the product pipeline and some culture aspects of the company.

The interview was okay but the work location was a challenge. I had to decline the offer. I was offered to work remotely for 2 days a week but it a challenge to commute.

They make you do a specific STAR interview and if you do not answer in that format do not expect to get the job. They are super nice and it is clear they are just trying to find people that want to genuinely work there and contribute to a wonderful team.
