I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Eli Lilly and Company (Cork) in Jan 2017
Interview
Did an Interview for Lilly a few years back. It started with a first round interview known as the gallop, about 30 quick paced questions to get a feel for your personality followed by a HR interview after.
2nd Round Interview took the bones of a full day. I had 4 separate 45 min interviews which ended with a site tour.
After a few weeks I was informed that I wasn't successful which was fine however Lilly refused to provide any feedback which I was rather upset about considering I took 2 days Annual Leave to attend both rounds. Certainly wouldn't apply to Lilly for another role.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Eli Lilly and Company (Indianapolis, IN) in Mar 2026
Interview
Multiple screenings to verify skills and one on site interview with STAR questions about my personal experience. I had a great time completing this interview. Everyone was super kind and nice.
The Hiring manager contacted me, and we had a meeting for only ten minutes; she wanted a technical experience in automation, but I only have management experience. So she decided to move on with another candidate.
