I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Eli Lilly and Company in Oct 2014
Interview
I spoke to Lilly representatives at a career fair, and then spoke with them again at a general information session. I received an offer to interview. Lilly hosted a pre-night event at a local restaurant, so the students who were interviewing could ask questions and get to know the interviewers. The interview itself was 45 minutes long with two Lilly representatives. The interviewers were present at all events leading up to interview, so students could really get to know them and feel comfortable.

fueron preguntas básicas sobre soft skills, siempre se apegó a mi CV y me preguntó que era lo que buscaba dentro de lilly. También me hizo algunas preguntas en inglés pero muy básicas

Interview
The interview was okay but the work location was a challenge. I had to decline the offer. I was offered to work remotely for 2 days a week but it a challenge to commute.

They make you do a specific STAR interview and if you do not answer in that format do not expect to get the job. They are super nice and it is clear they are just trying to find people that want to genuinely work there and contribute to a wonderful team.
