3 rounds with an exercise and then final decision. It was an efficient process, decision took a while to be communicated to me, but I respect the thought put into the process and organization
30 minutes with HR, 30 minutes with hiring manager and another 30 minutes with next level manager, all very nice, not very technical, focus on past experiences and expectations, get the feedback relatively quick
2 interviews. One cork based , one with US colleagues. Very straightforward. STAR format both interviews. Interviews were quite close together and got offer almost immediately. Interviews lasted about 40 minutes each time and felt casual.
