I applied through my Universities' career center. The first interview was with two directors of IT from Lilly. The interview was pretty standard, we just went over my resume and experience and was asked what IT experience I had. I didn't think I would make it to the next round since I had little experience but I ended up getting the call to come down to Indy anyways. I don't want to spoil the interview process but it was overall very enjoyable, Lilly is a great company with great employees who just want to help you in anyway possible. While I did not get an offer I appreciate how much time and care they put into their interview process. 10/10 would interview just to get turned down again.
