I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Eli Lilly and Company in Apr 2022
Interview
Initial call with the hiring manager, he only asked about my background and research experience. I received an email to schedule the on-site interview, including a project presentation and six back-to-back interviews with team members. They asked zero technical questions, and most of them were pure biologists and chemists who had no coding experience. I never heard back from them. I emailed the hiring manager two weeks later and got no response. They could have at least sent me a rejection letter.

Good. The interviewers were friendly. only 2 rounds. 1st round was a phone screen. 2nd round with mostly behavioral questions. Only 1 person asked me technical questions. Some interviewers were very nice and actively listening while others seemed tired.
