HR interview, everything seemed good. Passed for next step, but then received an email saying that actually I didn't pass. It was a nice, simple interview, so it was not clear to me what changed after the call.
Initially a screening call with HR to check your experience is correct for the role. Then a competency based interview, with questions based more on previous experiences with team members and how to handle difficult situations; questions on coping with new tools and techniques.

The initial screening was positive & I was called for a remote interview. The HR was very prompt and professional in scheduling the interview. The interview, however, was fully centered around the behavioral questions. I answered all the questions very well without any issues. There were absolutely no technical questions asked. For some reason, I felt that they didn’t want a senior and experienced candidate, but carried through with the process regardless!
