I first encountered Lilly at a career fair. I then applied and was selected for a first round interview. This interview was in person. We went through my resume and the interviewer asked me questions pertaining to my resume. He also just wanted to get to know me. Then I had a second round interview, which was a phone interview. The second person also wanted to get to know me and we talked through some things on my resume. It was a very casual process. I was interviewing for a position that had two spots.

Medium, slightly unorganized but if you're persistent you will reach who you need to speak to. A lot of info can be found on linkedin and referrals will get you along in the process.

Used a “Star” based interview format; situation, task, action, results. Short interview time, very kind two person panel. Questions were asked about various topics such as problem solving, experience with customers, experience working in teams, etc.
Phone interview in person interview final round. Phone interview had fairly general questions. In person was with a group, which was an interesting experience. Hopefully this gets me to 30 words.
