I had a phone interview with their corporate recruiter back in April when I was still in school but wasn't looking yet. I was surprised when he actually called me back in July like I asked. We caught up and he set me up on an interview in their headquarter. I met with 4 or 5 managers and in the end wasn't offered the job. What is important is that my recruiter gave me in depth feedback and tips for future interviews following my rejection, I ended up getting a sales job in software.
