The first interview was a phone screen with the program director. From there I was brought in for in person interviews with the program director and 4 other managerial level employees.

Question 1
What challenges are you concerned with in regards to this position?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Eliassen Group in Jan 2018
Interview
After my recruiter found me, I had a phone interview with Eliassen’s Program Manager, then 2 interviews with the team in the office. I received an offer within a week but heard from everyone through my whole process almost immediately after. I enjoyed my experience because I never had trouble getting in touch with anyone or had questions on where things stood.

Question 1
Name a time you’ve been in an uncomfortable situation. How did you handle it?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Eliassen Group (Boston, MA) in Jul 2016
Interview
Incredibly lengthy and frustrating process. Difficulty with prompt replies. They hire for this Resource Specialist program in classes, I sent my first email in the middle of July hoping to be considered for their September class. I initially sent an email per there website's request indicating interest in the position. I was contacted by a recruiter, I did a personality test, then didn't hear for 2 weeks and was contacted without warning by the recruiter's assistant for a short call. A week later, I set up a conversation with the head of the program and after that conversation I never heard anything. I emailed the recruiter asking for any feedback or news 2 weeks later and received no email back. It's one thing if they thought I was unqualified -everyone gets turned down, no big deal- but I had hoped that I would receive the consideration in informing me they were no longer interested in me as a candidate.
