Question 1
How do I like to work with my recruiting team, how do you make sure to have a successful collaborative relationship
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Eliassen Group (Wakefield, MA) in Jan 2020
Interview
Initially I really enjoyed the process. They approached me, begged me to interview, and I obliged. Upon walking into the building to interview, a gentlemen came over to me, shook my hand, and say you’re from Denver right? No? I said, and I introduced myself. He said oh well I’ll meet with you in a couple hours. A couple hours ? What had I gotten myself into? The lack of communication is appalling. I was stuck here for 3+ hours and passed around from person to person, totally under prepared because no one told me what was going on.
This is a burn out job. Something you go into where you’re essentially expected to dial the phone 100X a time. Can you make good money? I’m sure you can if you don’t jump out the window first. I wouldn’t want to work here, and neither should you. Seems wildly unprofessional and the lack of communication is appalling.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Eliassen Group (Raleigh, NC) in Jan 2017
Interview
The interview process is extensive-but in a good way. I believe that it allows for both the candidate and employer to ensure if they are a good fit. I was able to spend time via phone with the corporate recruiter, then with the branch director, Regional VP and members of the team.
