      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Eliassen Group (Wakefield, MA) in Sep 2016

      Interview

My recruiter found me on Indeed, we spoke for a bit about the position and company, and set me up for an interview with the hiring team. I met with 5-6 people in leadership roles and discussed my background and why I wanted to be a recruiter. They were very open about allowing me to ask questions and have a conversation as opposed to grilling me the entire time. About a week later, I received an offer letter and accepted role as a Resource Specialist.
