I was contacted by Eliasson by one of their recruiters. Same person phone screened me. She was from out of State but had to get approval from HQ. Hey HQ remind all of your recruiters in MA or not it is ILLEGAL to ask a person in MA previous salary. Shame on HQ for always hiring young inexperienced people. I could have a law suit or really make things with Eliasson crappy by calling the Labor Board and report them. I guess that is why they are just Ehh in the agency world. Not impressed. Educate your recruiters nationwide.

At first the interview went really well, typical you talk to a recruiter, he talks to his management scenario. I flew out to Austin for the 2nd interview and then wasn’t even contacted afterwards. Super disappointing interview process. A great example of what’s wrong with companies and their current hiring practices.
