I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Eliassen Group in Mar 2014
Interview
The interview is called "The Gauntlet", a series of about 100 questions. Seems like a lot but once you get rolling you find your groove. All questions are behavioral besides one random multiplication question to keep you on your toes. All in all great company for a first internship, a lot of hands on work experience.
