Interview process was a phone screening, then on-site interview. The first red flag was the recruiter AND manager being 20 minutes late to the interview, with no explanation or apology. We then met for less than the scheduled time, and parted ways with the recruiter and manager saying that they had another meeting to get to... (1. you were already late to the interview you scheduled, 2. plan accordingly). For an interview that lasted 30 minutes and their lack of time management, it could have just been virtual (waste less of everyone's time!). All in all it was an unprofessional experience, but hope it gets better for the next person.
