The process had multiple rounds and included some independent assignments and prep work. Overall, they were extremely prompt with follow up, and always got back to me in the time promised. By the time the process was over, I felt as though I had an excellent understanding of what the role was about, so I didn't really need time to think over the offer. So while the process was a bit long, it made me feel as though I knew the team (and org) very well by the end.
