Had an initial phone screen where my interviewer missed our first two scheduled speaking times because of a “calendar glitch.” Eventually had the call and it was a standard conversation of reviewing my background and the position. Later went to have a video conference call with my would-be supervisor and their supervisor. I log in to the video call and only end with up with one person on the call and it was very much a repeat of the first call. The interviewer was 15 minutes late to this call and was more engaged with the people who walked by the office. Was told that I would be having a similar call with the person who missed this call and asked to be removed from the process. Disorganized and aloof is not a good first impression to future employees.
