Straightforward, not too complicated, required a presentation but the topic was my choice. It was 4 stages: 1. A phone interview with the recruiter; 2. An interview with the manager; 3. Interview with 2 other CSMs; 4. A formal chat about how you'd fit into the company with SVPs
