The interview process at Elwyn was a great experience and very easy. I applied, was contacted in a couple days by a recruiter who did a brief phone screen and set me up for a phone interview with the hiring manager that same week. The hiring manager called me at the scheduled time and made me a verbal offer right after the interview. Overall the interview experience was very good!

I had a phone interview followed by an in person interview at their Maxim location in Vineland. Once that was done two weeks later I was given a second in person interview where I was hired on the spot.
