I Met with the unit director for a 1:1 interview. The interview took about 20-30 minutes long. Director was very informative about the company background and values. She then focused questions regarding customer service. I got the offer a few days later. She also provided information regarding the new graduate program.
It was a typical interview with the usual RN questions. Nothing out of the ordinary. Overall, had a positive experience and everyone involved was very transparent throughout the whole process.

Easy interview. Thought it went well. But followed up a week later with manager to which I received no reply. Called HR to follow up with position since it disappeared from my account & they stated they were still interviewing. They ghost you....

It is your usual meet and greet the head of department, asked usual questions and see from there. Director is approachable and nice. The interview takes about 20 to 30 minutes.
