Somewhat smooth, it was my first job after college. I wasn't very well prepared, but as far as i can tell the technical tests were quite easy to solve. The questions were very language dependent and that should be expected. The work done is either in C++ or Delphi.

Interview
Quick phone interview with HR, followed by an onsite written test (asking basic C++ questions) and 2-on-1 interview with a senior developer and the software development manager. The questions asked weren't very challenging and if you know the basics of C++ and MFC and concurrency you will do fine.
