Emergent Software Designer interview questions

I applied online then got an invitation to complete an online assessment. They want you to turn your camera on so they can take screenshot of you while you're completing the assessment (weird, so I kept mine off). Then they ask super technical questions that are really not related to the job at all... And you can't use a browser to look stuff up (as one might do in a regular job setting anyway). It felt more like a college test than a job interview, very unrealistic.
