During the skip level interview (with the manager of the person who would be my mangager), I learned that they were going to offer the role to me at a higher level than posted- they wanted me and knew what I was worth.

Short and easy interview, I liked the people and atmosphere and I was made to feel very comfortable. I loved getting a tour around Th e office and meeting new people. It was very welcoming and I was happy to hear back for the job so quickly.
