Interview
There were multiple levels of interviews in the process (HR, Boss, CoWorkers over a couple months), a little time consuming but seemed effective. Phone first then on site with staff on two different occasions. HR interview also Employee health was also on the list of places to go for drug testing. Started quickly after interview was over and offer extended.
