I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Emory Healthcare in Aug 2018
Interview
Call with HR just to briefly go over your resume and your area of interest as well as desired shift. Then they send your info to hiring managers to units you are interested in. If they like it they call you back for interview. I got lucky and had a few like my resume but that meant three managers interviewing me at the same time. Was very intimidating but they were all very nice and non judgmental. There was no skills test or IQ testing
