After completing paperwork online, the RN Residency has two days of interviews where you can interview for up to three different units. The biggest problem is that there aren’t enough time slots so a lot of units fill up and you can’t interview for them! They’re also virtual, so there’s not much interaction and you don’t get to see the unit. Questions weren’t bad, but technology issues happened a lot and the only interviews were during the day so I had to leave class to do these interviews!
