Originally scheduled to have a group panel interview but this was cancelled and rescheduled several times. I ended up interviewing with each person individually due to the schedule conflicts. Everyone seems quite tired and overworked. One person missed an interview because they were the only person working. Interview felt awkwardly formal and repetitive. No one seem like they wanted to be doing it.

First interview consisted of meeting with the department manager where target selection questions were asked. At the second interview, I met the actual physicians and staff in the department and was interviewed individually by each physician in the department.
