Interview
Took me months to get hired. Had to get another job while waiting for this one to come through.
It was hard to get ahold of anyone regarding my hiring status. The HR employee who handled my hiring process ignored me numerous times and was incredibly unprofessional. I had a panel interview, it was incredibly uncomfortable. They asked the typical behavioral questions.
They should consider revamping their hiring process. I was absolutely desperate for this job and that is the only reason why I accepted.

Interview
Called for a phone interview. Just asked general questions like "what are you looking for," and "what shifts can you work?" Then came in for an interview with 2 managers. Pretty standard interview process. They used the "STAR" method.
