I was first contacted by their recruiter for a quick 10 minute overview of my experience, career goals, and current employment situation. A video interview was then scheduled for a couple of days later (due to my schedule). This was my first video interview, so it was a new experience. I approached it as if it were a face to face (suit, tie, ect.) and I felt very comfortable during the video conversation. This interview went into more detail about experience and projects as well as character questions. About a week later, after the hiring manager had a chance to see my video interview, I was contacted for a phone interview with the hiring manager. The hiring manager was very professional and asked very direct questions to determine if I actually knew what my resume suggested. It was a very open, direct and comfortable conversation overall. Both the hiring manager and the recruiter were always very polite, professional and straight forward during the entire process.
