The Interview process has two or three steps, from what I understood from the HR. So the first part of the interview is the HR, I had a half an hour conversation with the HR, about my past experience and she told me that because I apply for the junior position I will only have a technical interview after this one. But they never contacted me afterwards, I asked why, but nobody seems to want to answer.
