Employ (MA) Account Executive interview questions

Overall, the interview process at Lever was delightful and a wonderful experience. From start to finish, I felt important and well taken care of. The phone screen with the sales recruiter, Michael, was great and gave me a good idea of the amazing people at Lever. The onsite panel did involve a short sales presentation, but with some preparation, it was easy and a good way to show off my sales skills. The rest of the process was meeting with a few more people and it all felt very natural and easy. I was lucky enough to get to meet the CEO during my panel. It was truly an incredible opportunity to have the chance to speak 1:1 with her for 15 minutes. The final stage of the process is an another onsite for lunch and more casual conversation. They provided such a unique interview experience. When I visited for lunch, I felt like I already worked there. Everyone was so warm and welcoming. I was already confident that Lever was the perfect place for me, but the lunch really helped secure that! Best interview experience I've ever had!
