The Lever team (and Michael in particular) were on top of everything when it came to the whole interview process. They made a specific and concerted effort not only to make the interview process as transparent and fair as possible but also to work within the constrictions on my timeline which I truly appreciated.
I had a phone screen, followed by a panel of on-site interviews before a final, in depth background interview which really made it feel like they were trying to find the kind of person they were looking for, not just for someone who happened to fit some basic job requirements. Nothing but good things to say. #COYBIG

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Employ (MA) (San Francisco, CA) in Jan 2022
Interview
Had a phone screen with a recruiter that seemed to go well. She said the next step was to set up a time to meet with their Sales Manager. Got an email the following week saying I was no longer being considered for the position. Bizarre turn of events but I guess I shouldn't be surprised. There are a lot of negative reviews about this company already on here and this is another striking example of how little they seem to care about their employees or potential employees. I think I actually got off easy.
I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Employ (MA) (Toronto, ON) in Mar 2019
Interview
The best interview process ever! Very seamless process with an excellent recruitment team. Everyone kept me updated on the process so I never had to guess if I was still a top candidate that the team was considering or not. Interviews were always on time and no one needed to re-schedule. Worked around my schedule as well since I was in a different time zone which was great.
