The process was smooth and I felt in the loop at all times. I first had a phone screen with a recruiter who explained why the role was available, asked me about what I was looking for and why and answered my questions. The first round onsite was great - I felt welcomed by everyone and enjoyed every person I met with, which was 4. The second onsite was also 4 interviews, a demo of the product, lunch and a deep dive into my experience. Very transparent process with strong communication - I felt that I could reach out to the recruiter at any time if I had questions along the way, they really wanted the candidate to be set up for success.

This place is awesome from the phone screen to the on site. This team has there act together. I have to click no to an offer as I haven't been given one yet. The folks at jobvite make you feel good about start ups and what they are doing. I could write for days about this process because they do such a good job, the recruiter I worked with at Jobvite was very upbeat and gave positive feed back and plus responded to my thank you follow up email.
