The team seemed to confuse my application with someone else on numerous interviews. They referenced me being in another state and referred from someone I didn't know even though I clarified multiple times. I opted out of interviews and consideration.

3 interviews total. One with HR, one with hiring manager, one with department lead. Was really focused on making sure that the fit was a good one and didn’t seem to involve a lot of unnecessary or fluff questions.
