I was contacted by someone on the sales team online who mentioned they were hiring and gave me some info on the role, then she passed along my contact. Intro call with the hiring manager to discuss the role, my experience, and make sure there was alignment. Then an onsite with the team (4 interviewers, one at a time) with a break for lunch. Then reference check and offer.
