The interview process from start to finish was unique, enjoyable, and challenging -- encouraging both interviewers and interviewee to think outside the box and reflect on how they best operate in a work setting. The interviews have thus far (2 weeks in) also been an accurate representation of the values that Lever emphasizes so strongly in its own product and company culture, including diversity and inclusion and prompt feedback.
