I had an initial phone screening with an HR Manager, which turned out to be a positive experience and made me believe that I’m working with a professional organization. As the next step in the process I had an hour long video interview with the hiring manager, who was very nice but rather inexperienced on many levels. I knew then and there it’s not a fit for me. They told me that I will hear back from them in a couple of days. Two weeks later I still haven’t heard back. And this comes from the organization that’s product is the hiring/recruiting platform. Very poor way to handle your candidates.
