Interview
The interview process was so smooth. Each step of the way, I was told what to expect and when I would hear back. I had 5 interviews spread across 3 days, and each interview got me more and more excited for the possibility of working at Lever. Each interviewer made me feel heard and valued, without raising my hopes. I never had to wait more than 2 days to hear how I did in the last stage and if I would be moving forward. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about my interview experience.

Interview
The interview process was very straight forward. I first received a phone call from the hiring manager who went over the impact plan with me and answered any questions I had about the role. The HM very well prepared me for the phone interviews I had later down the process. Everything was made clear for me when moving forward allowing me to prepare for next steps.
