Not, terribly challenging. Just prepare before and you'll be fine. Mostly generic questions they ask like why the company and the role. I found the whole process to me rather easy

Casual. General questions. Internal process. Interviewed with the VP for delivery and talked about general approaches. It was one of the easier interviews I've done for a moderate-level position. Be prepared to talk about the organization and how you will impact it.
